@drgnslayr Understand that but people looking at both sides of the fence which is only logical. Common or not this is nothing to mess around with. The poor guy has some major health issues and this job stressful as it is I guarantee you that he has had some medical people tell him that it might be a god time to call it a day.

He has already said previously that he didn’t winna Coach many more years , he wanted to be able to enjoy his time with his Wife and enjoy his Gran Kids. This just might be the final straw for him to back away.

I agree with FarmerJayhawk about Jacque , that’s what I was saying earlier and I’m just not lock stone convinced that like some think IF Coach can’t continue that they are automatically turning it over to Jacque.

Great Coach. Nothing we as fans can do, Coach just needs rest and plenty of it. I’ve thought for a long time this would be it, This kind of a job is really stressful, going to say prayers for Coach, His health is the only thing important as of now.

Just read an article with Holt saying the # 6 player and is starting to map out his next steps and is locking up his official visits, /he has set visits with Kentucky on (Sept 12 )—Alabama (Oct 3rd ) - -& Auburn on (Oct 10th ) With Holt being an Alabama Native.

Yet here is the discouraging part saying Holt talked with 247 to break down his recruitment,- ----and time line and top Schools STILL INVOLVED in his recruitment and KU is not listed and KU was not mentioned still involved in his recruitment.

Other Schools still in the mix other then the three listed are according to Holt are : - Houston – - -Baylor- – - Ole Miss-- --Arkansas – - & Providence. So from that sounds like we are out for Holt .

Hmmm , So just got through reading an article that can out two hours ago. Sounds like KU might not be done recruiting for 2025/ this years squad rounding out the roster for this year quite yet.

The article says that from a recent post from PDT recruiting KU is showing renewed interest/linked to Croatian --6’9 Guard / Wing — -Luka Skopic . If true says he brings length and promising three point shooting to round out the roster for this year.

Not sure how much validity thee is on this BUT if any substance would be good- - -MORE length and three point shooter, watching film decent ball handler , looks pretty decent shooting the three and length.- -not sure on hops out of all high lights saw one flush-- the rest lay ups but looks solid for minutes off the bench

One thing about it is he is not going to have to come in and have the entire load on his shoulders. Like I read from another site actually all he needs to o is rebound, score some and defend the rim right now, spell flory a bit and be able to learn the system.
