If Houston gets into a game where they have a bad shooting night, their chances of winning go down much lower than if a team that plays at a faster tempo has an off shooting night.

@jayballer67 He could have transferred after last season so him sticking around is good to see. Word is he might not have the skill level to stick here which is why if he did improve during the redshirt and this yr that perhaps next year would be interesting. Not expecting anything but certainly remain hopeful since his athleticism and defense really popped when he was a HS Soph

Yahoo thinks like some on this board…defense will be great, but offense a possible struggle. Initiating offense against Kansas will be an absolute nightmare for opponents this season, but where are the Jayhawks’ points going to come from? The reigning champs have less offensive talent than previous Bill Self teams and could struggle to live up to their preseason No. 5 ranking as a result.

I have not kept up well so far with this team. From what little I have seen Udeh is the best Big. Zach seems lost. His play style does not appear to be suitable to this team which likes to run. Unless coaches come up with some specific plays for him, catch and shoot 3s type, I do not see him getting much PT this year.
