      kjayhayhawks. Sounds like you’d have been satisfied to not win in 2022 if Self got fired/retired/quit because of it. I’m not sure if I’ve read anything so unbelievable on these pages.

      @dylans I think with his past injury issues he was aware he had only a short time to go pro before he wouldn’t be able to attract much interest. Just a guess. Plus, going out with a championship definitely brings attention, especially with his MOP level play that iced the win. Could have killed his chances to come back and look bad.

      I remember how I used to get so tired of hearing him say the Conference of Champions- -That his favorite was PLEASE. He seemed like he always talked about anything but the Ball game. Really good player for sure
