Just the same song and dance just another year. - Kentucky & Duke just yanking all the top tier athletes. For 2022 recruits :
Kentucky with the # 1 - - # 6 - - # 7 ( he is a lock ) - - & 17. - - - - -Duke with the # 2 - - - # 5 - - -# 8 - -& # 16. - Yet Cal continues to wet himself with the talent he gets. - does less with more. Think the UK fans getting pretty fed up with the conversation I’m reading

For those wondering Adem Bona did visit last weekend. Said he “had a great visit”, “it was my first ever visit to a college and it was awesome”.
Met the coaching staff, said the culture is like one-of-a-kind. In general he had a great visit.
At least they got him on campus. Where his recruitment goes from here, who knows
Has scheduled trips to Baylor this weekend, Kentucky Oct 15th & UCLA Oct 22nd.

The 1st name is Justin Mcbride his 247 page has Kansas warm and his river page has Missouri at 83% With Jordan Walsh His 247 page looks like it’s down to Texas and Arkansas and his river page Arkansas And with Omaha Billiew on his 247 page it is warm with Nebraska Iowa State Kansas UK and Oklahoma State with river page lowa is at41%

I am starting to agree with some posters, that we’re going to have to wait and snag us a big from the transfer portal. With the players that we will have coming back and those coming in, it will already be a pretty deep frontcourt.

Losing Lightfoot & Martin for sure. Dave will have the option to come back but I wouldn’t call it likely if he has a big season. Wilson is a 50/50 call at this time too.
Clemence & Adams are left. Zuby is committed.
3 definitely, 4 or 5 possibly if things “worked out”. Could be crowded or attractive for a high level transfer/available HS big. Have to think experienced Vet given how young the 3 will still be.

KU will most likely get neither. Texas looking great for Walsh, Arkansas in there as well. KU not really in the race for Traore, was surprised they got a visit.
As @FarmerJayhawk has mentioned, a transfer big is probably what will happen.

Judging by his twitter feed (retweeting the KU offer about 20 times), I’d say that he is pretty stoked about receiving it - bigtime stoked.

Not really sure how seriously KU is on this kid. 3 * from 247 - Rivals lists him at 6"11 & 215 lbs - -and 247 has him at 7 ft and 185. - Not really sure there would be anything to this , thinking with the portal like it is - -chances are a lot of real that KU lands a big from that -then this

Udeh would make sense. High 4 star with upside. Certainly not a OAD from all the video I’ve seen.

Kansas: “I talk to Kurtis Townsend. Kansas has always been my dream school and I want to visit to get a feel for their culture. Bill Self is obviously a legendary coach. There is a lot of history there and I want to be around that to see what it feels like.”
Now a Composite 5 star. ESPN recently made him the 7th best prospect. Will Visit KU this month.
Has visited Texas (I believe they are the favorite for him), Arizona St, Memphis with Arkansas still in it. KU could be his final visit… Let’s see where this one goes. Would make KU the #2 class in the country with Walsh aboard.

Hmmm , just red from TOS that Tiptons tweeted out that Brandon Miller top 20 recruit has added KU to his list of 5. He is coming to KU for a visit on the weekend of Oct 14-17th.
Others involved are Alabama , Tennessee State , NBL & G League. - - -Must of least made a little impression if he has decided to add us and come for a visit. Getting in late that would be a nice late surprise

Ok, let me preface this by saying yes I’m sure almost evert Schools fans have people that scroll other teams message boards. I know we do cause I know I do but I’m sure there are many more. So I fully understand and get that before I say what I’m gonna say here. My thing is when I troll UK’S board I’m truly geniunely interested in seeing what their posters are saying about their possible recruits , how their season they feel is going to play out so on and so on - -BUT I’m gonna say this straight out
Kentucky fans have such a huge paranoia of KU Basketball it is just insane. Like today I went their to check their status with Bona , and many think he is headed to UCLA , how they lost out on him because of the way Calipari handled thing s but even better I SWEAR TO GOD I read THREE posters just at the blink of the hat talking about KU lmao. - I got confused is this a Kentucky fan page OR is it the KU message board.
Talking about late night at the phog - talking about hell I can’t remember right off the top of my head but other posters with the lead of KU. Talking about their all time wins and what they have to do about keeping KU from catching them and our little cheating ways. - just find it very funny how post after post is about KU instead of their own team. - -Again I know we do it too but still the posts they have are incredible

Also some chatter Late Night made a big impression on Mitchell and we might have gotten back in it. Not sure I buy it yet since kids tell people all sorts of stuff after visits but it’s out there.
