Yeah, he’s not going to KSU. That program is an absolute trash fire right now has almost no appeal to anyone of note.

Based on previous comments I thought he might be but yeah that was a pretty definitive statement from Brandon Jenkins about him.

Don’t know guess we shall see , I’ve seen other players pull bone head decisions before Again just going off what I’ve been told - but on the other hand all K-State connections could be they jus blowing smoke out their you know where

KState people thought they beat KU for Bradford when KU never offered. They don’t want to talk about Braun or Gethro. Cuffe soon to be added to that list lol.

ya I have to feel the same too. - If he is announcing WHERE he is going tomorrow I think he is re-classifying- will turn out being yet another solid class.
Every year seems we go through this fans and myself included at times fret - -sweat nuggets , panic cuss swear trying to figure out what the hell is going on - - and at the end of the recruiting periods - - Coach & Staff always assemble another solid class - - when will we learn lol - -As my boy Aaron Rogers says - - - - just - -R - - -E - - L - - A - - X lol

Both. By the time the 22 class comes in we will probably need a wing. I am just assuming things will work out to bring in Cuffe for 21.

not recruiting news but a little tid bit I heard today. - -In the past decade KU has won 73 % of games that are decided by 5 points or less that’s pretty dam good

A Cuffe, Curry, Adams and Clemence class in 2021 I could definitely live with. It would be solid Top 10.

Barely have any guards on the roster lol. He would definitely be a factor.

Cuffe is the kind of guard that develops his jump shot and ends up averaging 17+ a game under Self.

Curious where this class is going to be ranked. I think it’s possibly Coach and staff’s most impressive and important recruiting effort. Hoping that he reclassifies.

@Marco Hard to say. Curry is still unranked but was a great coup by the staff. He will probably end up a 3*. If Cuffe ends up in 21 more than the ranking I’m thrilled they added 4 really good players. A lot of athleticism there, and multi-year guys.
That video is a good watch for insight into Cuffe. Great kid.

Clemence as a stretch 5/4? Adams as an inside/out hybrid, and Curry as a total nightmare and huge load at the 3? Not a bad combo. If Cuffe reclasses, wow. So you see Curry as a 3?

@Marco Three star recruit yes. His position is a low post player.

@BShark gotcha. What I like about the three of them though is that all three are inside players with handles. It is going to be nice to have some muscle inside too. Hopefully Gethro develops and can fill in at the 5 and 4. I was trying to imagine Curry with an outside shot playing occasionally as a mismatch 3

I saw where he said he really wasn’t thinking about re-classifying right now just wanted to get this announcement out of the way so he could concentrate on the Season , from things I’m seeing and hearing RIGHT NOW anyways sounds more like he is staying in 2022,
If that is true hate to hear that , that’s a long time for a kid to make a verbal - lots of things can happen between now and then exp - - Ku gets hit hard for this NCAA crap - can change a kids mind real easy , seen that happen way to many times - -School is ban from a post Season or whatever they want that exposure - what better exposure then the Tourney - -Big Time Stage- – sure hopin -he comes early

OH BShark buddy/Dude - what an awesome post thread from ya buddy. I REALLY appreciate that. makes me appreciate you and the things you share that much more.
Here is my take from that. 1st I usually form an opinion pretty quick and once it’s formed hard to change. The 1st thing I take from this is - -loves his family , seems like very level headed kid Seems like the whole family is just a very caring loving family
Hard work ethic , works hard loved the section of his work outs dedicated to getting better - di ya all catch the part about running steps up and down the 25 stories ? - holy jumpin – gee - - hossie - - fats . a kid like that always wanting to work hard make something for his future - -coming out or from surrounding Harlem -just loved the whole video he put together - -very well done
Ol Coach saying he was on pins & Needles lol - -dam loved this video , might watch again lol again love his work ethic from what I saw - -not a lot of this flashy hi-lite reel where it’s just a dunk fest - more down to earth family/working out/ his culture/growing up things like that - - - AND he is now a Jayhawk - - best part.
Now here is the thing call me stupid whatever but another of my 1st takes on this - you know who Kyle kind of reminds me of personality wise lighting up the room Smiling and such ? - - just my take - -kind of reminds me a little of Devonte Graham sure do , - -oh ya I think I’m gonna love this guy- - Gonna love him a lot gonna be a baller - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY - -Thanks again BShark

Saw another video with Cuffe and interestingly he mentioned he had decided on KU about 2.5-3 weeks before announcing. I knew that Jayhawk cake he had was too good to have been made on short notice.

Made Gradey Dick’s top 8. Florida might be the school to beat here, but I’m hearing some different things on this one. KU is always in the picture though…
