Other Games Tonight

Looked at ESPN. Newsflash, Zion made a layup.

-

@jayballer73 That explains the empty seats.

wissox said: @jayballer73 That explains the empty seats. ya guess they have cancelled schools for tomorrow mainly due to the ice I think - -it’s still snowing here in Topeka

As much as it pains me to say it KSU is playing the best basketball in the conference right now and I dont even think it’s a debate. Good thing we still have time to improve.

-

Texh now has lost 3 in a row. Gosh I’d be pretty happy if we wouldn’t have crapped our pants in Morgantown.

-

Tennessee down 5 to Vanderbilt with 3:43 to go at Vandy - - correction now down 2 with 2:29 9 to go

-

Fran Fraschilla just called Dedric Lawson the best player in the B12 during the middle of the OU/OSU game. Said POY likely comes down to whoever win B12 between KU, ISU, and Tech.

-

I think Puke is going to have a major loss at a really bad time. I think all this hype is going to backfire at some point.

-

@Texas-Hawk-10 Is Fran equally bad during other games as he is during KU games?

-

Tennessee is overdue for a loss. Playing with fire at this point.

-

@dylans I switched to watch embiid.

-

ISU just can’t quite pull away.

-

 Duke struggling at home

-

Secret is out. Play zone on Duke.

-

Kcmatt7 said: Secret is out. Play zone on Duke. Defensive juggernaut Georgia Tech led by coaching mastermind Josh Pastner.

-

Tre Jones gets away with a lot

-

Also Reddish is kind of not very good.

-

Clearly I’m a jinx today. So I’m going to go ahead and predict we lose today.

-

I hope we get a nice little healthy surprise. I like our odds.

-

@Kcmatt7 everybody else is predicting that, except Jesse

I think UK slams KU today. Too many horses. KU not playing well.

-

BShark said: I think UK slams KU today. Too many horses. KU not playing well. Sadly I agree. Too much inexperience in a tough environment and no Doke or Silvio.

BShark said: I think UK slams KU today. Too many horses. KU not playing well. Agreed. Only thing in our corner is Bill being a better in game coach than Cal. It’ll take everyone’s A game today to come out with a win.

-

Don’t turn the ball over and make some 3’s and we’ll win. I wouldn’t be on either of those things happening, though.

Kansas St has scored 3 points in 10 minutes in the 2nd half and is probably going to lose to A&M.

@Kcmatt7 No not going well. It doesn’t help that Georgia is shooting like the GSW today against Texas - 10/14 from 3.

-

Ethan Happ nearing a triple double.

-

KState looks like crap in the 2nd half. Here’s hoping that continues until…ohh….maybe a week from Tuesday?

-

 It’s official.

-

Purdue is spanking Sparty right now. 20 point lead for Purdue with 14 minutes left.

-

Sparty comeback is on, down to 6 point lead with 6:25 left.

-

Sparty got the lead down to 4, but ran out of steam late. Purdue is going to hang on and give MSU their first B10 of the season.

-

I see why Purdue was still in the KenPom top10 even with 6 losses. That’s a really good win. Sparta was playing like one of the top 3 teams in the country before today.

-

Missouri choked away a 14 point lead with 2:03 left yesterday against LSU.

@wissox I enjoyed watching the highlights of that collapse, the funny thing was ESPN was like “the tigers made a run” lol they both tigers.

-

@kjayhawks I had watched the Badgers, KU and was burned out on hoops so I decided not to watch. I wish I had though.

-

Props to the Louisville women’s team. (That’s the UL team without the scandal.) . They just knocked off UConn, their first loss ever in an AAC Conference game. Nice to see Geno Ego taken down another peg. Maybe ESPN will stop slurping him, though I doubt it.

-

@nwhawkfan Louisville and UConn haven’t been in the same conference for 5 years. UConn is still undefeated in AAC play.

-

@Texas-Hawk-10 My bad. Louisville’s in the ACC, not AAC. (I still hold to my opinion about Geno.)

-

Duke drives for layup, st John’s player tries to block it, FLAGRANT even duke Vitale disagreed

-

Duke Vitale in full I’m having Zion’s babies mode

-

ST John’s is terrible. Their 20 pt scorer with a fat zero so far

-

Texas hanging in there with the Clones…man if they could win that would be great.

-

NC State and Virginia Tech set college basketball back to the Stone Ages today. I thought that 47-24 score was at halftime when I saw it, not the final.

-

NC st with the fewest points in the shot clock era.

-

77 players had 24 points or more yesterday including Dedric. Its truly epic NC St could only score 24 at HOME

-

couple of games tonight - -the real stretch would be for some how West Virginia some how pull it out their butt and upset Tech tonight – Then Iowa State at Oklahoma - -would REALLY be good if somehow Oklahoma could upset Iowa State - -that would be the big one - - but n reality - -no on both counts - not happening
