Yeah Big Dave would be my other guess too. If Doke has a jump shot now then he’d be in the running too. Man oh man I’m ready for Duke!

I’d probably faint.From what I’ve read it sounds like Doke didn’t exert himself at all. Didn’t bang in the paint. Given it’s just a camp thing, that makes a lot of sense even not factoring in that he is recovering from injury.

- Silvio can dribble well in transition. Even in high school vids. Feeling good about my 10.5 ppg estimate. Only reason he wouldn’t score 10.5 if he’s not asked to and he defers.
- Love Mcbrides form. Pure. I think he’ll see meaningful minutes alongside DD.
- Really enjoyed the energy. Felt like a team having fun together. Dave was cracking up after Mitch’s blown monster dunk. DDot was hugging / obstructing Garrett.
- Good to see EJ and TRel running with the kids.

If Jalen Wilson pops for KU today, KU will have the 15th ranked class in the Country.
This will be tops in the Big-12 narrowly beating Texas Tech & Texas.
Not a bad finish after what has happened.

I did that calculation the other day too. Wilson is not only important for a great athlete in the roster but more importantly he makes KU first in the big 12 and will show future recruits that KU is in fact not on a downward trend.

If Ochai can get comfortable dribbling and improve his ball-handling from last season then he will take his game to another level. His handle looked pretty good in this video and he was creating shots for himself and for other teammates. I’ve heard his shot has improved too.
I am the leader of the DMac bandwagon but I don’t think he’ll get the minutes to be most improved player for Kansas. I think he takes a big leap in 20-21 as a junior.

Braun behind-the-back pass. Braun looking pretty athletic throwing it down in transition. Braun shooting 3’s. Braun praised for being tough by teammate Ochai Agbaji. I like him.
Issac looks and kind of moves like Frank Mason.
Doke with the left. Doke with the mid-range?!?! Let’s hope this is a positive sign for Doke with the two made free-throws next season.
SDS looks like the after picture in an Andrea Hudy Fitness Infomercial.
Dotson looks like the best player on the floor.

@BShark My conservative estimate is that Silvio will average 20 and 20 next season while savagely dunking on each of KU’s opponents en route to an undefeated season and a natty. I don’t think my expectations are unreasonable.

@BShark I think some people way over hyped players, last year! I’m waiting, still mad that rj made fools of us too. Very cautious about Wilson too.

Dave is already a huge Boy - -he is a absolute beast in the shadows lurking - - sometimes well early when he was playing his motor was in 4th gear when it needed to be in 2nd - but I love the kid - he is going to be a really big piece for us coming up. - -even though he will be behind Doke - I think he will still get very serviceable minutes THIS YEAR. - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

@jayballer73 I’ve heard it’ll be done via live streaming. He’s going to gather all of his family and friends close to him for his announcement. Next he’s going to arrange a Jayhawk, a Tarheel, and a Wolverine as corners in a large imaginary triangle. He will then decapitate a live chicken in the center of the imaginary triangle and follow that poor headless bastard to whichever school it chooses to run. But that’s just what I heard.

I like Braun. I know some have thought that he might be a redshirt candidate, I don’t think so. He’s 6’8 and needs to put on some weight, but he could play the point in a pinch, can shoot the three and dish, has some inside game and is a fighter. Who does he remind you of? I see a raw version of Gordon Hayward.

Well, the big issue is that the Lawsons, Chuck and Grimes were all subpar athletes. That issue has been fixed.

I thought Bilau looked pretty decent. - - look like he had some stroke - decent ball handler - little rim protection. - -So if that is the case – -man - - I dunno , I’m just really thinking they tuck that last one away

@BeddieKU23 @jayballer73 Wur looks REAAAAAALLY good. Like, my goodness gracious good. Probably would start as a SO. I would be very excited if he ends up a Jayhawk. From a basketball point…it’s possible he would be my favorite recruit of this class.

Don’t get me wrong, he has a chance to be good, but like Fran says, he’s two years away from being two years away. Maybe not quite that long, but you get the gist.

@FarmerJayhawk Well, he would at least have a full season before potentially even needing to see the floor. I’d love to have Danny back for bigs…beating a dead horse there I know.
