They missed a lot of open shots and a lot of free throws. We gave up a lot of interior passes and didn’t fight through screens.
Perhaps the time of day affected our play?

I saw that Penn was the highest ranked #16 seed in the last 6 years and several analysts in various networks are calling them the best #16 ever…maybe…they surely did no play like the typical #16 seed most of the first half.
Hopefully this is the bad game of the tournament for KU.

My son said he doesn’t know why more teams don’t run that O, hard to guard. One other pt, Coach always, I mean always is so complimentary of the team. I can’t say that about other coaches.
