Boy here is some crazy , twisted thinking for you. - - Kentucky playing Vanderbilt Tuesday at Vanderbilt ok and ? - - -Weel here you go , tell me the logic to this. Vanderbilt Students are not being allowed to attend the game BUT the General public is allowed

I know a lot of people don’t even pay any attention to this and I understand even myself doesn’t give it a lot of thought , however still kind of interesting.
In the latest ESPN Bracketology they had a short little snippit and it was talking about a rising KU team bypassing and moving over Gonzaga & Duke in the chase for the overall # 1 seed in the upcoming tourney. They talked about how it was kind of surprising but with teams not playing because of Covid and then the competition and gave example of Duke playing in the ACC this year, as reasons for KU’S rising.
They talk about with that and now KU being the # 2 overall seed behind Baylor with that being said it would be a good reason to circle the Home & Home dates between KU & Baylor - -interesting to follow

Interesting line for the Clone-OU game. OU is favored at home by 6 points. I guess Vegas hasn’t read the Clone’s press clippings…

I feel like this is B12 basketball this season. KU pretty much the only fun team. Baylor is crazy good and efficient, but entertainment value-wise they are kinda boring

Bryce would have been so much better served to stay at KU… This OSU offense just has no structure or flow. Probably could have ended up being something special by the end.

I thought like Grimes he could have developed here and been fine. The problem was the same in both instances.

I honestly understood Grimes’ gripe. Wanted the ball in his hands more and wasn’t going to get it. A clash of strategy.
I would have thought Bryce’s dad playing for Self would have helped the mindset that “it might take 4 years but Bill’s got you.” And Bryce never looked like he was as refined of a player as Grimes was. Idk, just my thoughts.
But yea dad’s always see their kids in a different light than reality…

Heady days in Los Angeles. Latest poll has UCLA 3 and USC 5. Not sure if there’s ever been such a high ranking for both simultaneously. I never remember USC being this high to be honest. After what they did to us last year I’d rank them #1!

Watched the Badgers face Danny and Maryland. After the Badgers opened up a 21 point lead Dannys kids fought back furiously and actually took a 3 point lead before the Badgers won. It’s the 3rd game the Badgers have had a 20 point lead that they’ve blown and then recovered and won, and they also had a 21 point comeback to win. Pretty amazing.

During the 1970-71 season UCLA was #1 most of the season and USC was as high as #2.
The Trojans had some great teams back then but had the misfortune of being in the same conference as the Bruins during John Wooden’s heyday as a coach. And that was back hwen only the conference champions could advanbce to the NCAA tournament. That season UCLA was led by Henry Bibby & Sidney Wicks, while USC had Paul Westphal.

Hey got a question. - -Watching the Stanford /USC game right now. Is their restrictions in teh Pac 12 whee they have one again set where not fans? - -I don’t see a single fan students anything just curious empt fieldhouse just players

Watching Baylor vs. TTU. Two stark contrasts. First is Akinjo vs. Martin. Have no idea is a better player - both were all P12 - but Akinjo appears to be playing without a leash, and it shows. And, Baylor benefits. Second is defense. TTU without its top 2 scorers rang up 75 on KU. With one of those back, they have 7 points in 9 minutes. No easy baskets inside for TTU. Not dominating the paint…
