Although Svi has a 3 year contract, it needs to be renewed by the Pistons by July for it to be guaranteed next year. So he may be looking for work depending on their dedication to a youth movement.

@jayballer73 Gooden going pro after his junior year prevented us from winning it all I have no doubt. 3 productive NBA players as seniors, which it would have been that year, all playing together would have made that team an all time great team in my opinion.

Lopez at center, Kuzma at PF, LeBron and Leonard at G/SF and Ball/Thomas at PG is not a bad starting team with Randle, Caldwell-Pope, Clarkson and Stephenson off the bench. Add Boogie to the mix and you have a real contender.

We got spread out, sped up, carved up and served by a quick and confident team that took our best shot in the beginning and then issued out a good old fashioned butt whipping. We lost the game. We are not full strength and hopefully we can get it together. This is the reason I enjoy the hell out of every win. Losing sucks, but it’s not the end of the world. Their guards got in the paint, attacked the basket and made layups. Our guards got in the paint for pull up jumpers. Great lesson learned and plenty of game tape to review. We will be okay. @jaybate-1.0 I think Self thought Vick was getting lazy and it helped him to sit first, earn it. Vick also fouls a lot and then can’t play long. Svi starting, maybe hoping to get some quick 3’s starting? At least Self doesn’t give up on either one, but doesn’t have much choice. They need to step up! Not much of an answer, just guessing.
