I don’t see Dotson leaving after this season. While he has incredible speed, his athleticism isn’t eye popping. He’s a backup in the NBA right now. I think he’s at least back next year, maybe the year after as well. His size, while solid, isn’t on par with a lot of NBA PGs. Remember, Grimes likely will move to the point in the NBA. He’s at least 3 inches taller than Dotson. That’s the type of player Dotson has to be prepared to go against every night in the NBA. I don’t think he makes that leap after this season. Steph Curry is thought of as a smaller player, but he’s listed at 6-3 and people attack him defensively because of his size. That’s the challenge Dotson faces at the next level.

I love to go some year if it’s still around after my kids are atleast older or moved out. I have a 7 month old and 3year old lol.

@JayHawkFanToo KU late nineties. No summer school. I’m not 100% sure if he started on the me degree his freshman year or like most students he changes his major at least once. He Graduated in four years, but he didn’t play basketball for Bill Self either. I believe most people refer to them as four year degrees because that’s what it should take, but many less demanding degrees than engineering take more than 4 years due to course correction in a teenagers life. I’m glad you were so well prepared as an 18 year old to know how and what you wanted to do. I’m nearly 40 and still haven’t figured it out. Maybe someday…
