Dog days of Sprummer.

I just paused Youtube tv and cancelled some other streaming services. Espn made the cut barely. Youtube will unpause end of august in time for football.
Tell me Bucketeers, have I made a grievous error in my calculations? Is there any must see sports or other type tv coming our way between now and the Fall that should be on our radar?

I’m with you. I axe nearly all sports programming services after March Madness — Sling, ESPN+, …
-
If you’re worried you may miss out on baseball or something… https://uzzu.tv/
Inexpensive app that has pretty much every game for all the major sports.
If all you watch live is sports, no need to reactivate all those other services.
It’s so nice I’m not sure how it’s legal at that price. Way cheapest option. $129/year for every pretty much every game on broadcast tv. Obviously those gotcha exclusively streaming games won’t be included - espn+, paramountTV, Amazon Prime, and Netflix games.
-
@dylans nice! Had not heard of this.
-
@dylans haha not that there should be risk in using it, but I’m pretty sure it does not qualify as legal

Re: Uzzu.tv–Lots of reviews complain about fake refund promises, and recommend using a single-use credit card. They claim to be in “the States” and you can visit at 90 N Gould St, Sheridan WY (no zip given). Google maps shows that address to be associated with “Swiftify” of 30 N Gould Street, which according to the Sheridan newspaper is the location of a well-known “registered agent” of hundreds, maybe thousands, of fly-by-night companies. I.e., ain’t no company there, just an “I know nothing” bozo who files papers. Being monitored by the Wyoming A.G. office.
The Uzzu app was removed from Firestick and elsewhere, and they offer instructions for sideloading onto Firestick, Apple products, phones, smart tvs, Roku, etc., using a login code they give you.
No phone number, no domain name revealed in their email, no physical contact info. Yep, sounds legit to me.

@MR11 lol I suppose it’s as legal as any loophole until it’s closed.
️ enjoy it for now I guess.
-
I stand corrected. It has the ESPN+ and Amazon Prime and whatever else games on it too. No blackouts.
-
@approxinfinity You must not watch much TV if you cancelled YouTube TV! good for you.
I always cancel the ESPN+ when hoops season ends. done.
-
I do find myself watching mostly reruns on YTTV now that i think about it. Hmm, maybe i need to reconsider my habits.
Been watching stuff on Netflix and Amazon though. Double hmm.
