No pride on defense today. Would have thought 1 20 plus point ass beaten on your own floor would have been enough for a season

No dominant team this year. Unfortunately that definitely includes KU. College basketball has been weak the last few years I wish we were in better position to capitalize this year.

Flagler seems to play very well against KU. Don’t know how he does elsewhere, but he’s a torn in our side. Very solid player.

We can hope not. - -In Waco they hit 7 in the 1st hlf and then made only 2 in the 2nd half - let’s hope we learn how to guard a little better in the locker room

Gotta heckle the ball. We did nothing to pressure the ball. Make them uncomfortable. They got wide ass open looks early. Basket got huge. Lack of defensive energy is the best offense and confidence for any team we’ll face

They go under every screen except #4
Kevin looks to have no confidence when shooting again and his release is clearly off he’s shooting like the ball touches his pinky last it’s ugly
13 is better than down 15-20……we knock a few more down and Juan gets aggressive we win
Baylor will make 5 threes next half and miss 12

Issue is the few times we did they had wide open layups with no contesting at the rim
Bill will give up 3’s versus layups any day

I’ll get beat by contested 3s too. But not those 3-4 with nobody within 10 ft. Of them. Our guys gotta remember other ppl can hit those even though apparently we can not

Juan needs to drive and dish.
KU cannot settle for jump shots, make their D work and make mistakes.

Probably need to somehow hold them to 30 second half to have a snowballs chance

@AsadZ Juan never has anyone to dish to because of how everyone guards the screen he needs to attack and get layups
If he doesn’t throw the oop when the big rolls immediately than the dish isn’t even an option

We had plenty of good looks. Now a 50 point half is our only hope and that gets us to 81. If they get 36 it’s a win. A double digit run starts it off.
