Well , Well heard this just now. Coming out of Maryland reporter commenting and saying that two Coaching jobs looking like going to come available, not sure if after this year - - or next but reporting that Sean Miller due to NCAA - -and then are you Ready ? - - -drummmmmmm roll lol - - - OL Squeaky /Bruce Weber - K/State retirement - -hmmmmm, well maybe he is getting up there in age, heard this off our Local sports station here in Topeka. - Not sure where this guy got that information from but something to see if that plays out. - -Brucie gone after this yr - - next year ?

Well I know it’s only one half BUT still fun to watch for the half - - Gonzaga getting made look silly , too easy BYU hung 53 points on them in the 1st half - - 53 , shot 70 % - how’s that for defense 70 % shooting by BYU. Wide open looks , easy drives in the lane -BYY up 53-41 at the half. – I know 2nd half I’m sure will be different but dam BYU slapped that ass in the 1st half

But, yes. Gonzaga comes back in the 2nd half to beat BYU. Another double-digit win. Wouldn’t want to play the Cougars in the tournament though.

Haven’t heard any Bobby Knight chatter recently, but it’ll be a LONG DAMN TIME before we hear the end of John Wooden and his 4 season undefeated run.
Also, I still think the Zags will

@DanR The only team really built to beat Gonzaga is Baylor this season because of their team defense. Gonzaga is battle test this season. They couldn’t play Baylor or Illinois in the regular season, but they still played Kansas, West Virginia, Iowa, and Virginia and all 4 of those games were on neutral courts.

I am so rooting for Florida State, and looking forward to Coach K and his team being too good for and therefore turning down an NIT invite.

@Kcmatt7 A 10-day quarantine would keep Duke out of the first round of the NCAA tournament, so it might not even matter what the selection committee wants. The NCAA really should have had a longer break between conference tournaments and the NCAA tournament for situations like this. I have a feeling Duke will not be the last team affected by a positive test.

Thanks for clarifying it was a player. Reading Duke’s board it was a player who didn’t play last night. Most likely Patrick Tape or a walk-on.

I will be honest, didn’t think it was wise to hold any conference tournament this year. They should have just gone with regular season champions and those that they knew without doubt should get invites, and then select the best remaining at-larges (excluding Duke and UK) - the Drakes, etc.
