Maybe this is the wakeup call to prep for the B12 tournament. Gets the bad ball out of their system. Let somebody else get upset in the tourney for a change.

@jayballer67 I just noticed that. 47 points in a half is a ton for this team. 20 points in a half is piss poor for any team!
Just shows we need intensity. We totally suck without it. We’re ok when we’re amped up.

Jalen only played 17 minutes tonight. Just wasn’t his night. But that’s the difference in rebounds. If he’d just gotten his average in boards, we wouldn’t have been outrebounded.

@DanR I think it was a year ago last winter, his brother was killed when he was w/a friend playing with a gun. Maybe jr hi? Not sure exactly all the facts, but that’s what happened. I think the Braun family has been pretty good to him. I’m pretty sure he was at KU when it happened. Not positive.

To be fair good defense sets up good offense. Look at the first OSU game’s transition points.
