He used to make up for his offensive woes with fantastic d but his defense has been fine to even bad at some points this season.

@approxinfinity I’d say point guard is the weakest link. We don’t have anybody who would do better than Marcus. Jalen is a nice idea, but unlikely really to be an improvement.

you don’t need to look any further as to why we lost - - TO’S and 3 pt shooting - KU 18 TO’S WV 12 - - - -WV shooting 10 % better from 3’s Dave and Jalen had nice stat games but yet both had their share of critical TO’s

@tundrahok yeah. Well I think Jalen could be an improvement and Tristan at the 4. But Self will never bench Marcus.

I genuinely wonder what Jay Wright does with this roster. I hate to be that guy, but is he 16-3? I think he is. I think he would have leaned into the guard/wing heavy roster. He would have found a creative way to manufacture assists. He would have posted up Ochai and Wilson against smaller players.
Bill is an inside out guy and that’ll never change.
