That was a ugly half of both basketball and officiating. Good news, we are only down 2. The bad news is Texas won’t shoot that bad in the second half.

Players who need to be the leaders seem distracted; definitely not into the game.

Garrett, Braun and Big Dave have their heads in the game. Not playing perfectly, but solid. I’m guessing Doke and Dot are getting a motivational speech right now.

@COHawk I would agree, still in shock that Dave air balled a 4 foot shot… Dot has been a ghost, these are the games that can’t happen in the NCAA tournament, we are getting punked IMO. Let’s wake up and show a little back bone here

@approxinfinity I watched the last 5 minutes of that UNC/BC game. He looks nothing like a OAD, seems slow against this level of competition.

Hard to imagine that a player considered All- American type potential has to be motivated. Taking too much for granted.

@BeddieKU23 That was how Dotson played the first half. A point guard needs to run the team, not look for his own shot.
