I don’t see Dave doing anything but trying to pull guys apart. I count only one Jayhawk, Silvio throwing a punch. I count 4 wildcats and 2 could get charged for assaulting a police officer for pushing repeatedly.

Doesn’t matter, Silvio and Dave each threw punches, they will be suspended for that. The KSU players will get their suspensions as well, but KU is going to be without a back up for Doke on Saturday now.

A KSU player did throw the first punch, but Dave threw one in the middle of all that as well.
On the KU side, Silvio is going to get at least 5 games, Dave is probably going to get 1 game. Garrett looked like he should be in the clear discipline wise from the B12, we’ll see if Self does anything.

From what I’ve seen Dave didn’t throw any punches. I thought he tried to stomp the K-State guy who rushed in, but I don’t think so. Silvio threw 2 or 3 punches from what I could tell. Marcus ran over to the K-State guy when he was one the ground and was shouting at him, but… Just a real bad look. I was cool with everything Silvio did up until he was standing over that guy. His stuff was a great response, but man, you’ve got to be smarter than that. I would think he’ll receive a pretty punitive response from Self.

Self was saying all but the 5 on floor were ejected and could see suspensions. Which is odd because the clock said zero and everyone thought it was over.

video I recorded does not show dave throwing a punch. He push a cheerleader’s or Garretts arm and pulled his arm back, but didn’t punch anything. IMO. I am not a lawyer

I have no trouble with any actions of any KU player besides Silvio grabbing a chair. KSU pulled some classless shit and Silvio wasn’t having it. Play stupid games win stupid prizes.

Seth and Co. were putting their two cents in at halftime of the ESPN game. Big picture of Silvio holding the stool. They were fanning the flames for him to be gone for the season. Also were saying that David was stomping, or trying to stomp on someone…which would be Love.

Vitale just said he will be shocked if Silvio wears a KU uniform again. It doesn’t matter what anyone thinks of Vitale. What these guys say matters to the people at KU and the league that make decisions about what happens.

I can see Silvio getting 4-5 games from the Conference and then never seeing the floor from Bill again. - -Good thing is , he really wasn’t hardly playing - -getting very little playing time and not contributing - so lucky in that aspect. - The Big thing is how many games for McCormack - really hurts the depth at the 5

No chance. With the severity of Silvio’s reaction, there’s a high likelihood that Mitch would be the starting 4 next season next to Dave.

That whole exchange by De Sousa could have been avoided by not fighting Jankovich (guard) for the rebound, declining to pass it to him, and dribbling it down court and getting it stolen. Clown move.
