Eh, Dave at the 5 with 4 of Dot, Garrett, Moss, Braun, Agbaji is probably fine. But Doke is definitely our best big.

I think it’s partly a HCBS preference for “combo” guards. Dotson thinks score first, not pass. It was the same with Frank and Devonte, although both improved their distribution over time. Dotson is not really a great point guard - he doesn’t (yet) make the players around him better. He is a very good college scoring guard…

Really, only issues are not being able to get the ball in to Doke (instead of nailing wide open threes and layups) and Dotson refusing to pass the ball on the break.

Have made 5-11 3s, but just 45% from field. The big difference is we have taken 9 more shots. We turned it over 4 times in the first 4 minutes, but no TOs since then. Amazing what NOT turning the ball over can do for scoring efficiency…

They are also double and tripling Doke. Still his defense is stellar
