Interested to see Duke and Auburn getting ready to tip. Auburn is a top 10 team so hoping to see a close game and how Duke responds to that.
Really hoping to get Duke and Zags tomorrow even though Zags are without Tillie.

Really not hard to figure out why that it how it is. - -When you just continue to jack up 3’s - you just become jump shooters settling for that- -your NOT gonna get a lot of three throws. - -Mean while back at the Ranch - -Duke is inside/outside. - -you have to at least attempt to get the ball inside.
It’s gonna take a really storm almost perfect performance have that chance to beat them. - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

@jayballer73 - I thought Auburn attacked more than the free throw discrepancy indicated. Auburn put up only 7 more 3’s than Duke. Duke was gifted that game at the FT line - by 18. Lots of (Luau) home cooking…

Duke had a 34-9 free throw advantage and Auburn didn’t play close to their best game. And Duke still only won by 6. It won’t take a perfect game to beat Duke, just a good one.

Now see Auburn goes inside 2 times here in the 2nd half gets fouls 4 points – they were down 13 - -and that’s the difference of the game 13 points
Well just looking at it differently I guess it’s ok - -If you were listening to Jay though he was say the same exactly thing - -jacking up a lot of three’s especially in the 1st half. - - your not going to get free throws that way - -also the three’s led out to a lot of breakout situations for Duke - in the 1st half - - 2nd half Auburn starts driving the ball more kick out much better. - I was hoping for the upset - -just not to be.

@JayHawkFanToo Auburn kept jacking up threes. Also, the refs missed a couple of flagrant fouls.

Nice comeback by the Zags, but they better not come out slow like that against Duke. Coach K’s guys already got their scare (such as it was) tonight from Auburn, and should be ready.

@nwhawkfan Yes, strange 34 free throws from Dook and only 9 from Auburn but no one alive will bat an eye at it. Now if it was KU it would be all over the front page about how officials made errors in the game.

@kjayhawks Auburn doesn’t drive the lane. From what I saw, I didn’t see any swallowed whistles. I only watched the last 10 minutes, though. Auburn plays outside the perimeter.

@KUSTEVE I didn’t watch but it really dont matter if it was KU there would an uproar regardless. Checking the box score Auburn did shoot more 3s by 7 but they shot more 2s than Dook.

I’m still pissed about the game stolen by puke in Hawaii. Sure Tyshawn turned it over a bunch but the last one which gave Duke a chance to win was because a duke player tripped him. Of course no call. Then a duk player takes about 4 steps with the ball before the kid makes the miracle shot from the corner. I hate that team.

When Wigginton and Lard get back, Iowa St. is going to be a problem. THT, Jacobson, and Shayok are good. They killed Illinois yesterday. They should have beaten Arizona.
Texas Tech was just slept on by most to start the season. They’re well coached. Jarrett Culver looks to have improved a lot. Matt Mooney is an underrated transfer. They should be in the Top 25 next week.
Oklahoma just beat Florida.

that’s what I’ve been trying to say to. = - - - - Your not going to get fouled a lot when you settle for nothing but 3 pointers - -which they did a lot - more so in the 1st half then the 2nd - -very little driving the ball , really didn’t see a lot of bad calls. You shoot all those outside you just make it easier for the defense

@KirkIsMyHinrich You are right about ISU. They beat SDS by 20. With OU’s win over FLA. and Tech playing well…B12 is looking better than I thought they would. TCU losing to Lipscomb is bad, though.

I’m not sure WHO you are referring too but sure ain’t me cause if you referring to last night then - you just plain was watching a totally different game.
How many times did you hear Bilas talking about how Auburn was making it easy for Duke by jacking up 3’s . not looking to get in some jab for jab Auburn drove the ball to a degree in the 2nd half - -shot 9 free throws or maybe made 9 in the 2nd. Gonzaga drives some and hits outside - -Taking it to Duke - love it
