i wish that some of you hadn’t pissed off a certain conspiracy theorist ( ShoeCo). He would’ve written a novel about Dedric being under MK Ultra mind control, which is why he donked out of his last two games.

I think if we had 2 NCs in 3 I probably wouldn’t care if a few down seasons proceed it. Maybe Robinson-Earl changes his verbal lol. It doesn’t bother me to see a 5 star sit, I wish Bill would do it at times. Roy was famous for benching all 5 guys regardless of who they were if they started with no hustle and energy. I always liked the idea and most the time it worked out.

@kjayhawks Self sat Bragg, Alexander and Diallo all for significant periods of time, all being relegated to irrelevance at times. Oubre took a while to actually become a regular starter.

Was watching Indiana and Arkansas game. Interested in seeing Romeo. He got his points but not impressed w their offense. Reminds me of AZ - must run in the family. Neither team looked good. No offensive plays for Romeo - no sets or isolation for him. BS knows how to scheme his talent and his team strengths - eg Doke. I get why he chose IU, but he’s not playing for a winner. Lots of standing around on the wing. No motion. But he is good.

Watched most of San Diego State vs Duke. Lots of frustration on the faces of the SDSU players for fouls on minor stuff. Duke is good and free throws didn’t win the game, but there wasn’t much continuity.
Note: seems like every game today, the big men were setting screens with legs wide apart, but no calls…

I just said UK is worse than KU defending the 3. If not for all that height VMI could have won. UK will be killed by competent teams that can shoot the 3.

I don’t care that much except for a strong big12 is good for KU. There have been 3 total head scratching calls that has Walton, normally an arizona supporter baffled.

Interested to see Duke and Auburn getting ready to tip. Auburn is a top 10 team so hoping to see a close game and how Duke responds to that.
Really hoping to get Duke and Zags tomorrow even though Zags are without Tillie.

Really not hard to figure out why that it how it is. - -When you just continue to jack up 3’s - you just become jump shooters settling for that- -your NOT gonna get a lot of three throws. - -Mean while back at the Ranch - -Duke is inside/outside. - -you have to at least attempt to get the ball inside.

@jayballer73 - I thought Auburn attacked more than the free throw discrepancy indicated. Auburn put up only 7 more 3’s than Duke. Duke was gifted that game at the FT line - by 18. Lots of (Luau) home cooking…

Duke had a 34-9 free throw advantage and Auburn didn’t play close to their best game. And Duke still only won by 6. It won’t take a perfect game to beat Duke, just a good one.

Now see Auburn goes inside 2 times here in the 2nd half gets fouls 4 points – they were down 13 - -and that’s the difference of the game 13 points
Well just looking at it differently I guess it’s ok - -If you were listening to Jay though he was say the same exactly thing - -jacking up a lot of three’s especially in the 1st half. - - your not going to get free throws that way - -also the three’s led out to a lot of breakout situations for Duke - in the 1st half - - 2nd half Auburn starts driving the ball more kick out much better. - I was hoping for the upset - -just not to be.
