My 6 year old came home singing this, which he picked up at school. I guess theres a clapping game that goes with it. I enjoyed the regional variations in the reddit thread.

I wonder if you guys have encountered any similar spoken word things (or other things) that varied greatly by region?

@jaybate-1.0 I don’t take opiods but thanks.
As for your original post, I actually don’t entirely disagree. It’s a very interesting case study to even compare say, the original text of Mark Twain compared to what is available now. I was just having a bit of fun.

Of course you don’t, because I am right!
Entirely disagreeing would look ridiculous.
But partial agreement? You can always save face and sell that!!!
And regardless, I’m just having some fun here. Not to worry!
Looking forward to the rematch with Mizzou’s Schweitzer in the 5000 meters on Saturday.
The NCAA website has the race scheduled for 5:25 PM. I think that’s Pacific Time, which would make it 7:25 Central, on ESPN.
KU faces Oklahoma with a chance for a rematch with Baylor.
Oklahoma State (#2 seed) was also eliminated yesterday by 3 seed Texas Tech. That sets up a WVU-TTU matchup.
Baylor and TCU (5 and 6 seeds) are already in the semis. Top 2 seeds are out. 3 and 4 seeds have to win their next two, or they are out (if Baylor or TCU wins their semifinal, they advance - if they lose, they get a rematch under the double elimination format).
Chances are better that one of the bottom four seeds wins this tournament than that a top 4 team even makes the final.
Having a female chancellor (I’m assuming that’s what you are referring to, but correct me if I’m wrong) does not mean that the old boys club mentality is dispelled, right? Cultural shifts can take a while, especially at institutions which offer tenured positions; think generationally. Hopefully there was progress made, I think we can both agree on that.
Totally agree- life ain’t fair and oversensitivity is a problem affecting our society. We need people like you who are passionate about their freedom of speech! You implied I am one of those trying to “eliminate” your freedom speech but I’ve already mentioned I encourage the discourse. We should also all have awareness of what we share to our communities and what privileges we have. By privilege I am not just talking about sex or race. Even if we have the privilege not to concern ourselves with certain issues facing society, it doesn’t mean those issues in society don’t exist, right? Community leaders (even of small online message boards) can only lead when they understand the society they act in, otherwise they are just members without any meaningful influence.
Not too sure about the picture of the PhD costume, but perhaps it provided some people the joy you intended it to?

@jayballer73 for a second I read that as “any mother[f…ers]”. I thought you were suggesting we are hardcore and nobody else out there can run with us. Happy mother’s day @jayballer73 you big softy!
LOL you a goof lol - -but hey we ARE hardcore lol but it’s ok for Mom’s to run with the big dogs - You know why? - -Cause if it weren’t for Mom’s - -we wouldn’t be here to run lmao/
Big Softy- - Ya I reckon so lol - - deep down there believe it or not I can even surprise myself lol - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY
Don’t see a legitimate reason to play WSU in the regular season. Maybe Bruce feels different but l don’t respect his thought process most of the time anyway. He does have a lot of previous excuses to explain losses to the Shuckers.
My interest has been more at the local level through coaching my kids and some school teams. I have so many sports to watch I’ve never gotten into it a whole bunch. But it is a great sport.
@dylans
ESPN has been losing viewers big time and by extension advertising. They have had a couple of big layoffs and they desperately need money. Expect to see more of it.
@approxinfinity
I’m counting around 15 4* recruits so far. That includes the expectation that Agbaji gets the bump he should receive by the end of 2018 rankings updates.
What’s even more promising for the league is almost every team is adding an impact transfer. The league has really embraced transfers
KU- The Lawson, Charlie Moore
K-St- Austin Trice
TCU- Aussie import Alok
Texas Tech- Tariq Owens (grad transfer from St Johns)
Texas- Elijah Mitrou-Long (I believe Nas Long’s brother), averaged 15ppg at his last stop.
Baylor- Mario Kegler- former Top 40 recruit, Machai Mason- star at Yale
Iowa St- Virginia Transfer Shayok
Oklahoma- Juco All-American Kuath. Grad transfer Reynolds at PG
Oklahoma St- Michael Weathers.
